NEC is planning to change a SIGCONT handling operation on SUPER-UX
   from R12.1 as follows (In R11.1, we will change it by KC).

   [Before change]

   (1) When a SIGCONT handling process, which is stopped,
       catches a SIGCONT signal, a SIGCONT handler is not called,
       and the process is continued.

   (2) When a SIGCONT handling process, which is stopped while sleeping,
       catches a SIGCONT signal, a SIGCONT handler is not called,
       and the process returns to the sleep status.


   [After change]

   (1) When a SIGCONT handling process, which is stopped,
       catches a SIGCONT signal, a SIGCONT handler is called,
       and the process is continued.

   (2) When a SIGCONT handling process, which is stopped while sleeping,
       catches a SIGCONT signal, a SIGCONT handler is called,
       and the process is waked up from the sleep status and continued.
